A selection of non-residential holiday caravans and lodges.

Additional Information:

All processes and requirements to purchase a holiday unit are that of the Holiday Park. All holiday units are subject to a license/lease period and additional outgoings such as pitch fees, insurance, and utilities. masonbryant act only as an introductory marketing agent and have no part in the fees, terms or conditions. The Holiday Park's decision in all aspects is final.

Please be aware that the license terms, pitch fees, charges and outgoings listed within these details have been supplied to us by the seller and/or Park Holidays UK at the time of listing the holiday home (so details may vary or change at the point of a private sale). Additional charges at the time of purchase may also apply, therefore all charges, license periods and terms should always be verified with the holiday park. These units are to be used as holiday homes only and are not residential.

*Please note that when enquiring about a holiday unit your details will be shared with the holiday park, as we operate as an introducing agent only and all guests to the site must be registered for security purposes and referral purposes.
