if something should occur out of office hours, we also have an out of hours’ mobile contact number, which all tenants and landlords in properties managed by masonbryant will be provided with. this means that if a problem occurs with the property over a weekend/bank holiday/evening we can get it dealt with by a trusted contractor and minimizing any potential damage. both tenants and landlords have all commented on how useful this service is, as we believe not many agents provide this.

first impressions are paramount; therefore, your property particulars will reflect this by having a very high standard of presentation. we measure and photograph every aspect of your property ensuring all photographs and details are put on the web with immediate effect including your preferences as a landlord, our fees, epc ratings, council tax bands and much much more. we provide future tenants with as much information as possible from outset to ensure both parties requirements are met.
all of our properties are always listed on our website as well as leading property search sites. (rightmove, zoopla and prime location are the leading portals). details of your property will also appear in both office window displays and our bespoke ‘lettings property list’ which is distributed to all customers visiting/contacting our office, with the added bonus of these also being available 24/7 in our leaflet dispensers located outside each of our offices.
what happens when our office is closed?
having an out of hours’ mobile contact number, we offer ongoing support to our landlords and tenants enabling us to liaise with tenants out of general office hours ensuring any emergencies are dealt with every day except Christmas, Boxing day and New Year’s Day (emergencies would still be dealt with on these days’ subject to contractor availability). we will endeavour to instruct your preferred contractor, or one of our regular contractors, to attend to any problem ensuring you do not incur any unexpected excessive call out charges from a contractor your tenant has instructed.
