if something should occur out of office hours, we also have an out of hours’ mobile contact number, which all guests and landlords in properties managed by masonbryant will be provided with. this means that if a problem occurs with the property over a weekend/bank holiday/evening we can get it dealt with by a trusted contractor and minimizing any potential damage. both guests and landlords have all commented on how useful this service is, as we believe not many agents provide this.

first impressions are paramount; therefore, your property particulars will reflect this by having a very high standard of presentation. we measure and photograph every aspect of your property ensuring all photographs and details are put on the web with immediate effect including your preferences as a landlord, epc ratings, facilities, local tourist attractions and much much more. we provide guests with as much information as possible from outset to ensure both parties requirements are met.
all of our properties are always listed on our website as well as leading search sites www.masonbryant.co.uk and also www.tripadvisor.com www.flipkey.com www.niumba.com www.housetrip.fr and www.holidaylettings.com. details of your property will also appear in both office window displays and our bespoke ‘holiday lettings property list’ which is distributed to all customers visiting/contacting our office, with the added bonus of these also being available 24/7 in our leaflet dispensers located outside each of our offices.
we meet all guests at the property for check in and supply a welcome folder with details about the property and also local attractions, together with a selection of tourist information leaflets for guests to use.
we can provide a management plus service which includes cleaning and bed line changes.

what happens when our office is closed?
having an out of hours’ mobile contact number, we offer ongoing support to our landlords, tenants and holiday makers enabling us to liaise with all, out of general office hours ensuring any emergencies are dealt with every day except christmas, boxing day and new year’s day (emergencies would still be dealt with on these days’ subject to contractor availability). we will endeavour to instruct your preferred contractor, or one of our regular contractors, to attend to any problem ensuring you do not incur any unexpected excessive call out charges from a contractor your guest has instructed.

mrs m – staying in dreamcatcher - august 2018booked this great little house for a short stay from the 29 aug to the 2 sept although we didn’t arrive till gone 9.30 on the night we were still met at the house and given a guide round its an ideal base for staying and visiting local attractions the house was very clean and tidy with 2 large bedrooms and everything you need for your stay so would like to say a great big thank you from the hurst family
mr s – stayed in the dinghy august 2018we had a great week at this property, perfect for the dogs and so close to the sea. my 8 year daughter loved being so close to the beach, stoney beach but plenty of sand when the tide went out.
mr o – stayed in dream catcher october 2018we travelled down to the south coast and stayed at dreamcatcher for a late summer break. lovely, bright and clean apartment with everything you need to hand. they even provided tea bags! a godsend as we arrived late in the evening. the apartment is just a few yards from the beach and there are shops and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. it was a very peaceful place to stay and we shall definitely return next year. thank you.

mr l – stayed in coast road – may 2018couldn't get a better view of the sea. location, location, location.....this has it in 'spades' !! with careful parking, room for 3 cars out front. dog friendly house and beach. quite a few stairs so if you struggle with stairs don't book this property. fabulous view from the main bedroom of the sea, a wow factor. fabulous view from the living room, another wow factor. 2 other bedrooms have countryside views. we spent time watching lambs frolicing about. absolutely lovely. great location to get to chalk cliff walks, spoilt for choice. easy reach to so many places to many to mention. i booked with trip advisor and dealt with kay, wonderful service, 5* if i was awarding stars!! one problem was that i only stayed 1 week, i could have stayed many more as just to many things to do and sitting watching the sea from the deck is just to die for. fantastic memories to take away, if i am back in this area i would rent this property again. also many thanks to the owners. cheers!! i could rave about this property all day!! thank you, thank you, thank you.
