if something should occur out of office hours, we also have an out of hours’ mobile contact numbers, which all guests and landlords in properties managed by masonbryant will be provided with. this means that if a problem occurs with the property over a weekend/bank holiday/evening we can get it dealt with by a trusted contractor and minimizing any potential damage. both guests and landlords have all commented on how useful this service is, as we believe not many agents provide this.

what will we do for you?
first impressions are paramount; therefore, your property particulars will reflect this by having a very high standard of presentation. we measure and photograph every aspect of your property ensuring all photographs and details are put on the web with immediate effect including your preferences as a landlord, epc ratings, facilities, local tourist attractions and much much more. we provide guests with as much information as possible from outset to ensure both parties requirements are met.
all of our properties are always listed on our website as well as leading search sites www.masonbryant.co.uk and also www.tripadvisor.com www.flipkey.com www.niumba.com www.housetrip.fr and www.holidaylettings.com. details of your property will also appear in both office window displays and our bespoke ‘holiday lettings property list’ which is distributed to all customers visiting/contacting our office, with the added bonus of these also being available 24/7 in our leaflet dispensers located outside each of our offices.
all guests are given access to key safes so they can arrive at the property at their own convenience for check in and we supply a welcome folder with details about the property and also local attractions, together with a selection of tourist information leaflets for guests to use.
we can provide a management plus service which includes cleaning and bed line changes.

what happens when our office is closed?
having an out of hours’ mobile contact number, we offer ongoing support to our landlords, tenants and holiday makers enabling us to liaise with all, out of general office hours ensuring any emergencies are dealt with every day except christmas, boxing day and new year’s day (emergencies would still be dealt with on these days’ subject to contractor availability). we will endeavour to instruct your preferred contractor, or one of our regular contractors, to attend to any problem ensuring you do not incur any unexpected excessive call out charges from a contractor your guest has instructed.

fantastic location. minutes from the beach. we would highly recommend ocean view bakery and aqua bar for a great variety of food and drinks both less than a 10 minute walk from the property. the garden is a lovely sun trap and great to enjoy al fresco dining. hosts were very accommodating of our needs and communicated well throughout. a great holiday had.

this is a lovely unique house near a quiet beach. the beach is pebbly most of the time but at low tide there is sand/mud and good paddling/swimming opportunities. the house suited our family well (including two young children) and nice to have the small outside space too. we enjoyed visiting eastbourne's leisure centre which has an excellent family pool, hastings and bodium castle, and spending a bit of time on the beach. the host was really responsive by phone and text and instructions within the property were clear.

a lovely place to stay. private and peaceful. the property is equipped with everything we needed, along with some things we didn't realise we would need! very close to an entrance to the beach and a small kiosk shop. a short walk into town. the garden is a nice sun trap. luckily we had a day of sun so we could enjoy that. gaynor and masonbryant were so helpful. particularly when we needed to reschedule twice because lockdown rules changed. thanks again to gaynor and masonbryant

amazing location - so much to do within a 45min drive but also everything you need in walking distances - pevensey gifts does lovely ice cream and house has everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
