This unique holiday let is more than just a 'caravan' it includes a shack style alfresco kitchen/dining area which also has a fully fitted shower room, with shower and WC and wash hand basin. The Hideaway is set at the rear of the main residence - Beach Haven (which is also let for holidays) but remains secluded. There is a lawned private garden enclosed with six foot fence panels giving you privacy from the main residence including a patio table with 4 chairs. The Caravan sleeps 2 Adults in a fixed double bed, there is also a further shower room within the caravan (which can also be used) and although there is a toilet within the Caravan this cannot be used but this is not needed as you have the external Toilet. You will however have full use of the wash hand basin for teeth brushing etc in the caravan. The caravan kitchen benefits from a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, sink unit, toaster, kettle, microwave and cupboards. Its also comes fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, and a small supply of tea, coffee and sugar. Also included in the caravan is lounge seating for 4 people with a smart TV with catch up TV. The outdoor kitchen benefits from an electric oven and fridge. There is also a freestanding electric hob for those outdoor fry ups! There is a bistro table and 2 dining chairs for alfresco dining! The Hideaway is set approximately 10 minutes from the local shingle beach and the nearest shops are situated at The Crumbles Retail Park and are an approximate 15 minute walk away. This includes but not limited to Asda, Next, Boots the chemist, TKMaxx, Wilco, Sports Direct and Matalan.
